DESIGN 1 (The Swan)

My first design for the Mipassion collection was a prom dress mainly inspired by YSL and showing hints of Chanel and Dior. For the top half, a backless bodice with bonage, designed to make the wearer look graceful and beautiful. At the waistline, there was a string of tiny diamante. Probably the most hard to design was the skirt. 14 individual knee-length petals, frayed slightly, made up the skirt. All of the dress was to be made out of metallic blue-silver silk, which is very expensive, i am guessing!
